What is Metabolic Reawakening?
Metabolic Reawakening is a personalized coaching program designed for busy professionals who want to optimize their health. This is not a one-size-fits-all program—it’s a tailored approach based on your unique challenges, lifestyle, and goals.
What does it cost to work with you?
It depends on a few factors, such as how much 1:1 coaching you would like, how long we determine it will take for you to feel confident on your own, etc.
A typical range is between $997 and $9997, for up to six months of guidance (depending on the best fit for your needs).
When we meet, if you would like my guidance, I will offer you the best solution that I feel will get you the best results.
Are there any other costs to be aware of?
From me, no. During your journey, if you are not already tracking your blood sugar, I suggest a blood sugar testing device or a continuous glucose monitor, and an at-home A1c test.
We will also discuss other tests you should get checked with your doctor.
Food costs will vary, depending on what you would like to eat. You can do this on the low, moderate, or high end of the scale. For me, by the time I got fat adapted, and kept my meals simple to prepare, I believe I am spending less today, eating right, than I was while eating the Standard American Diet.
What if I don’t have type 2 diabetes—can this still help me?
Yes! While this approach is highly effective for reversing Type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance, it also helps with weight loss, energy levels, focus, and inflammation—all critical factors in long-term health.
