My Story: From 52 Units of Insulin to Zero

At one point, I was injecting 52 units of insulin every single day.

I was overweight. Exhausted. Tired of hearing “this is just how it is now.”

I followed every rule:

  • I ate what I was told was “healthy”

  • I took the meds

  • I trusted the system

And yet, every year, I got sicker.

One day, it hit me:
If I keep doing what they tell me... I’ll never get better.

That moment led me down a different path — one built on ancestral nutrition, science, common sense, and the belief that the body can heal if we just stop attacking it three times a day with food.

In 11 Months, Everything Changed

I reversed my Type 2 diabetes.
I lost 80 pounds.
I eliminated every single medication, including insulin.
And I’ve stayed healthy, energized, and med-free ever since.

This wasn’t a trend.
It wasn’t a phase.
It was a reawakening.

Why I Started Metabolic Reawakening

 I didn’t create this because I wanted to be a health coach.

I created it because no one told me this was even possible.
Because I had to dig through noise, nonsense, and bad advice to find the truth.
Because millions of people are stuck in the same cycle, and it’s not their fault.

I’m here to be the guide I wish I’d had — someone who actually lived it, who gets it, and who won’t let you slip through the cracks.

Before I ever focused on metabolic health, I spent 25+ years leading businesses and mentoring high-performing professionals. I’ve coached teams, built systems, and helped simplify complex problems across industries.

Now, I use those same skills to help people take back control of their health, one step at a time — without overwhelm, fads, or shame.
