Hi, I’m Darin, but most people call me Doc.
In 2021, after 25 years of Type 2 diabetes, I reversed it in 11 months.
I got off all meds (including 52 units of insulin a day), lost 80 pounds, and reclaimed my life, without workouts, calorie counting, or mainstream advice.
